Pros:

a) Very nice and well maintained resort.

b) Walkable distance to the river

c) They arrange coracle and Bullock cart ride (obviosuly with some additional charges)

d) A lot of trees/plants within the premise (natural surroundings)

e) Swimming Pool is really big

f) Staffs are very polite and helpful

g) All cottages have a Jacuzzi(Open air), which is something special that red earth is offering.

h) Property is managed well.

Cons:

a) Restaurant –> Takes a lot of time to serve food after the order is placed. But food was tasty.

b) The 2 Kms road from the Main road to the resort is terrible.

c) Overall the room rent is higher, but no offence meant as this is the same case with all the resorts in Kabini (Minimum 7000-8000+/Night.

Other things to watch for:

a) Dont miss the Jungle safari.If you are lucky enough, you will be able to see lot of animals like Tiger, Black Panther and so on..

b) In case if you are staying at Red Earth, don’t miss the coracle ride which they offer(some charges has to be paid at the office)
